REA

A problem-free project starts with following the rules

The only way to ensure a project’s success is strict compliance with regulations. That is why we are accredited.

Why hiring an accredited company matters

As the promoter of the works you can face penalties if you hire companies that employ undeclared workers. Hiring legal companies is not optional: it is your best protection.

At Red Reformas we provide, before we start:

  • Proof of being up to date with the tax authority and Social Security.
  • Civil liability insurance of up to €300,000 per claim.
  • Registration in the Register of Accredited Companies (REA), no. 12/28/0115178.

Don’t take risks: hire a responsible company.

Who is accountable on your job?

If you commission the works, the law makes you liable. We protect you.

As promoter, you answer for penalties over undeclared workers or contractor debts. Demand these four documents from any company before signing. Tick the ones you already hold:

FAQ

About the REA and your guarantees

What is the REA and why does it matter?

The REA (Register of Accredited Companies) certifies that a firm meets the requirements of Law 32/2006 regulating subcontracting in construction. Red Reformas is registered under number 12/28/0115178, which you can verify in the Ministry of Labour’s public lookup.

What liability insurance do you hold?

We hold civil liability insurance of up to €300,000 per claim, protecting you as promoter against any incident during the works.

Will you provide tax and Social Security certificates?

Yes. We hand them over at the start and end of the works, for Red Reformas and any subcontractors. It is your best protection against liability being passed on to you.

Shall we talk about your renovation?

Tell us about your project and within 2 hours a member of our team will contact you. Fixed-price quote, no obligation.
